The Larson Electronics VPLHL-100WLED-GR30 LED Trouble Light / Hand Lamp / Drop Light with Reel is both waterproof and vapor proof and constructed and certified to prevent the intrusion of water and/or moisture into the handle and/or head when used as instructed in wet locations. This waterproof and vapor proof incandescent light is available in 120V AC or 230V AC light configuration based on cord cap.
This 100 watt, incandescent work light from LarsonElectronics.com produces 1050 lumens and comes complete with a 30 foot long 16/3 SOW cord for long range and convenient operation. This hazardous location hand lamp is Class 1, Division 1 approved when equipped with a 100 watt bulb and Class 2 Division 1 approved when equipped with a 60 or 75 watt bulb. This waterproof and vapor proof drop light features a rubberized, insulated handle to provide a safe and secure grip and a stainless steel wire guard enclosure to protect the glass dome. The cool operation, good light color and evenness of coverage makes these lights ideal for a wide variety of close quarter work and inspection activities. This lamp has a 4,000 hour operational life and is available in 120V AC or 230V AC configurations.
This lamp has no ballast, which reduces lamp weight, a steel globe guard, and a stainless steel hook for easy overhead mounting.
The cord reel is designed for a lift/drag of up to 30FT of 16AWG/3C SOW/SOOW round cable. Reel with cable installed/tested comes with 30FT active travel plus an additional 2FT for safety wrap and hook up. The slip ring enclosure is built to NEMA standard; 600V rated, and has 3 conductors (2 Live + 1 Ground). This reel is UL Listed (UL/cUL), and is constructed of durable steel, has a white powder coat finish and includes a ball stop and a ratchet with a lockout feature.

This incandescent light fixture is equipped with 30 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an industrial grade cord cap for easy connection to common wall outlets. Plug options include standard 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 110V wall outlets with ground, standard 6-15 15 amp straight blade plug for 220-240V wall outlets with ground, NEMA L5-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 125V twist lock outlets, NEMA L6-15 15 amp twist lock plug for 240V twist lock outlets, British BS1363 13 amp fused 3-blade plug for United Kingdom outlets, or a two pin 16 amp rated Schuko plug with ground contact and socket for European outlets up to 250V. Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Please choose pigtail option below for flying leads with no plug. This lamp with cord reel is available in 120V AC or 230V AC based on cord cap option. OSHA requires the light to be plugged into a GFI protected outlet. This lamp illuminates an area approximately 8 feet wide in all directions, is certified waterproof and vapor proof, and suitable for use in wet areas.
This hand light operates on standard 120 Volts. This unit is available with either a 100 watt bulb for Class 1 Division 1 operation (Gases Vapors) or a 60 or 75 watt bulb for Class 2 Division 1 operations (Dusts). Choose your bulb type below when ordering.
