The Larson Electronics WAL-48-160W-LED-M-LV Magnetic Mount LED Light Fixture is a 4` linear integrated LED light fixture that provides 19,200 lumens of illumination. This low profile, highly efficient LED light fixture is a direct replacement for existing four lamp T5HO fixtures, providing twice the lamp life, increased durability, and less energy consumption in a portable form factor. The energy efficiency and longevity of LEDs make this light option ideal for use in places requiring portable illumination, such as machine vision systems, temporary lighting, inspection and MRO, and other similar environments. The WAL-48-160W-LED-M-LV integrated 160 Watt LED light fixture is a low profile linear light fixture that provides 19,200 lumens of bright light in a 160° wide flood beam spread. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The WAL-48-160W-LED-M-LV is housed in aluminum casing and the LED assembly is protected by a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens. This unit is operates on low voltage DC power sources and can be configured for 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V DC and supplied with a 10` line-in cable with flying leads. This fixture is designed for low voltage applications, such as off the grid and remote locations powered by alternative energy.

Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. This low profile light fixture features two adjustable brackets, providing operators with easy installation and allowing for adjustments of the light assembly. This unit is designed to be magnetically mounted or hung from cable or chain and includes built in mounts. The fixture is equipped with two magnets, each with 200lb of gripping force, attached to adjustable legs on the back of the fixture. The WAL-48-160W-LED-M-LV light fixture is ideal for indoor-outdoor applications and suitable for use as general area lighting, temporary lighting, work space lighting, inspection and MRO, machine vision systems, and anywhere a portable, dependable and low maintenance fixture with high output and efficiency is needed. This light comes with a multi-purpose mounting bracket that can be used for a direct surface mount or reversed and used for chain hanging the unit.
