The WAL-CC-48-160W-LED-25 from Larson Electronics is an LED Creeper Cart Light that utilizes a low profile and powerful LED light to make an ideal automotive light or shop light. This LED creeper cart light features four caster wheels that allow for easy movement around the work area and produces an impressive 19,200 lumens of high-intensity LED light to offer illumination in hard to reach and tight areas such as those found underneath a vehicle. The WAL-CC-48-160W-LED-25 work area LED creeper light cart allows operators to get light in areas where traditional fixtures simply don`t fit. The integrated 160 watt LED light fixture is a low profile linear light fixture that provides 19,200 lumens of bright light in a 160° wide flood beam spread. Special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture to achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The WAL-CC-48-160W-LED-25 is housed in an aluminum casing and the LED assembly is protected by a shatter resistant polycarbonate lens. This unit is universal voltage, operating on 110-277 AC 50/60 Hz, and supplied with a 25` line-in cable that is terminated in a choice of general area cord caps. We have eliminated the ballast box normally associated with fluorescent fixtures which reduces overall weight and creates a slimmer unit profile. There is no ballast in this unit and the integrated LED assembly has a 50,000+ hour service life, both of which result in extreme efficiency and greatly reduced maintenance costs. The solid state design of LED technology give this fixture superior resistance to damage from vibration, extremes in temperature, and a lamp life over twice that of standard fluorescent bulbs. The integrated heat sink allows for efficient heat dissipation, preventing the LEDs from overheating and keeping the overall temperature of the fixture relatively low. Solid state LED technology eliminates the need for a ballast box and lamps, a cumbersome feature of fluorescent fixtures that add weight and require frequent repairs. This low profile light fixture features two adjustable brackets, providing operators with easy installation and allowing for adjustments of the light assembly. LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied, providing instant illumination with no warm up or cool down time before re-striking. Because there is no warm up period, this light can be cycled on and off with no reduction in lamp life. LED lights run at significantly cooler temperatures than traditional metal halide and high pressure sodium lights and contain no harmful gases, vapors, or mercury, making them both safer and more energy efficient. No extra energy is wasted in cooling enclosed work areas due to external heat emissions from bulb type lights, and the operator risks associated with traditional lighting methods, such as accidental burns and exposure to hazardous substances contained in the glass bulbs, are eliminated. In addition, LEDs are also safer for the environment as they are 100% recyclable, which eliminates the need for costly special disposal services required with traditional gas burning and arc type lamps.

Alternatively, we can provide flying leads with no plug for hard wire applications or for operators who prefer to wire in user provided cord caps. Mounting: The WAL-CC-48-160W-LED-25 is mounted on four polyurethene caster wheels that allow for quick and convenient movement around the work shop, garage or other similiarly surfaced areas. The 360° movement of the casters ensures that the fixture will remain easy to move or adjust the position of even when operators are in odd positions such as working underneath a vehicle. The 25` cord is long enough to provide free movement around the work area.
