Adjustable from 7 to 12 feet in height above the cart deck and equipped with four 500 watt LED lamps, this unit will provide over 270,000 lumens of quality illumination.

The WAL-ML-4X400LTL-LED mini light tower with wheeled based is a portable lighting system designed high mobility while providing enough output to illuminate approximately 3 acres of area effectively. Equipped with four 500 watt high output LED lamps, this mini tower provides operators with an easily deployed lighting system that can provide large scale illumination. This crank-up style light mast allows operators to extend the light mast from 7` to 12` above the deck of the pull around cart, elevating the light heads to heights over 14.5` above ground level.
This portable LED lighting system is comprised of four adjustable LED light heads mounted atop a telescoping mini light tower mounted to a wheeled cart base. This adjustable and collapsible tower can be extended to twelve feet, collapsed to seven feet, and includes four wheels allow the operator simply roll the entire assembly to a new location when fully deployed. The LED light fixture assembly can be removed by releasing the hand knob and sliding the light and mounting bracket off of the center support, aiding in deployment, storage and transport. The lamp can be easily adjusted vertically and locked into position.
Forty-Eight CREE® high output LEDs producing 1,406 lumens each are arranged in rows and paired with PMMA high purity optics to produce a well focused 24° wide spot beam that is ideal for providing far reaching concentrated illumination while still covering a substantial amount of area. We also offer optional optics with 10° spot, 38° narrow flood, 60° flood, and 90° wide flood beam spreads. The spot beams are tightly focused and are designed for high elevation mounting to achieve distance, making spot versions ideal for high mast and spots lighting. The flood beams are designed to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, making flood versions ideal for use as dedicated work and area lights.
The WAL-ML-4X400LTL-LED mini light tower features an extendable tower assembly that can be adjusted from 7 to 12 feet in height for maximum coverage. A single hand crank allows operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed, and a removable lamp mounting platform allows removal of the lamp assembly for easier transport and storage. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability, and a tough powder coat finish provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with two solid wheels to allow easy positioning; the operator can simply tilt the unit back and roll it into the desired location as needed.
Lights: The lighting system on this unit is comprised of four of our 500 watt LED lamps producing 67,500 lumens of light attached to the top of the mini light tower. The GAU-LTL-500W-LED LED lights are ideal replacements for fragile and hot running 1000 watt metal halide lamps, offering increased durability, longer lamp life, and lower power consumption. The fixtures are IP67 rated waterproof. The LED assembly is comprised of multiple LED "strips" within the housing. This design allows for in-the-field serviceability without the need for special tools or equipment.
Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. This solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, durable, and energy efficient light source over traditional lighting.
Voltage: The drivers in this unit provide the ability to automatically monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. These light towers can operate on current ranging from 90 to 305V AC or 127 to 431V DC without any modifications necessary as a result. This ability to sense and adjust input current also provides protection against voltage spikes and drops that can occur in electrical systems which would otherwise result in burning up or premature LED failure without it.
