The WDL-24-IPS-LED-1224 low profile LED light from Larson Electronics is a compact luminary designed for machine vision applications. This low voltage machine light emits a total of 2,500 during operation, with a color temperature rating of 5,000K. This LED light features an adjustable surface mount and constructed of CNC billet aluminum with a polycarbonate lens and double o-ring gasket, making it ideal for wash-down and food service applications.
The WDL-24-IPS-LED-1224 is designed for machine vision lighting installations in compact spaces. The 20-watt explosion proof LED light operates on 11-25V AC/DC low voltage. During operation, the unit emits 2,500 of white light with a color temperature rating of 5,000K. For increased accuracy and detection, the luminary comes with a CRI rating of 80+. This light comes in a 100° flood beam configuration for wide area illumination or a 30° spot beam configuration for focused illumination.
The WDL-24-IPS-LED-1224 is wash-down and sanitation environments. This unit carries an IP67 waterproof rating, which ensures protection against limited ingress from dust, dirt, oil and full protection against water directly sprayed at high pressure. The no glass assembly makes this unit a perfect fit for food service machine systems.
LED Benefits:
Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation and/or transportation. The WDL-24-IPS-LED-1224 LED assembly constructed of extruded aluminum for rigidity and even heat dissipation. This LED assembly is then housed within a polycarbonate cylinder, protected by aluminum end caps with double o-ring seals on each end. The industrial housing provides an IP67 ingress protection against dust and protection against high pressure water spray that are experienced in wash-down applications. This design is weather resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications, and ideal for areas where dampness or dusty conditions are regularly encountered.
Wiring/Power:
These machine vision LED lights are equipped with 5" 16/2 SOOW cord containing a standard two-wire (positive/negative) connecting configuration. These wash-down lights are universal voltage capable, operating on AC/DC voltages from 11-25 volts for machine vision systems. Each WDL-24-IPS-LED-1224 draws 20 watts at 1.67 amps on 12V DC or 0.83 amps on 24V DC.
Mounting:
Mounting for this LED machine light is provided by two L bracket mounting tabs that allow operators to mount the light to flat surfaces.
