The XPR-9822E Explosion Proof-Intrinsically Safe LED Flashlight is Atex Certified and designed to handle the demands of working within hazardous locations and environments where potentially explosive vapors, gases and other flammable compounds may be encountered.

This intrinsically safe LED flashlight carries a lifetime warranty and produces a powerful 160 lumen spotlight light beam and 200 lumens in floodlight mode. This LED flashlight adds extra functionality and utility through the inclusion of an independently operable secondary flood type beam. The main beam from this compact and lightweight LED flashlight is tightly focused to produce a beam of bright white light capable of reaching up to 90 feet in length. A secondary flood beam can be operated independently of the main light to produce a 200 lumen flood pattern of light covering approximately 60 square feet useful for close work and general illumination. This unit can also be operated in continuous or momentary flashing strobe mode.
Either beam can be operated alone to produce a 160 lumen spotlight or 200Â lumen floodlight beam, or in combination to produce a total of 360 lumens of light. This light can also be switched between half power mode for maximum runtime and full power mode for maximum light output when in floodlight mode. Made in the USA, this explosion proof LED flashlight offers up to 16 hours battery run time in strobe mode on a 3 hour charge from 12 volt vehicle source and US/International wall outlets. The XPR-9822E comes with a quick release charging cradle. This LED flashlight is versatile, rugged and can serve in industrial, public and commercial applications with ease.
The strobe, flood and spot beams of this flashlight are actuated via their own momentary or constant on switches. The high intensity LEDs used in this flashlight can produce a 160 lumen spot beam or a 200 lumen flood beam of light or a 360 lumen combination of each and offer 50,000 hour lifespans. These high efficiency LEDs produce a 16 hour runtime when operating in strobe mode, a 6 hour runtime in flashlight mode, and a 5 hour runtime in floodlight mode.
The housing is constructed of lightweight and chemical resistant polymer that offers non slip grip and high durability. This LED flashlight is impact and vibration resistant and waterproof to one meter. This intrinsicallyy safe flashlight is approved Class 1, 2, 3 Div 1, Class 1, 2, 3, Div 2 and offers users the highest level of hazardous location protection available while providing the safety and efficiency of brilliant LED illumination.
ATEX Certified:
Category 1 Zone 0 (Above ground locations where flammable gas is always present or for long periods in environments up to ethyl methyl ether gas groups, where the surface temperature does not exceed 135° and the ignition temperature is Ignition temp >135° = 200°).
